Lemon garlic chicken

2 cups of water

2 tablespoon of vinegar

3 slices of chicken breast

Juice of one lemon

2 chopped garlic

1 tablespoon of adobo

Parsley flakes

2 tablespoon of mustard

1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Salt and pepper

lemon chicken-pic1-      Bring water, vinegar and salt to boil

2-      Pour the boiled water on the chicken in a bowl then drain the water.

3-      Add your lemon juice, chopped garlic, adobo, parsley, mustard salt and pepper to your taste to your chicken.

4-      It is best if you marinate your chicken overnight, which I did. But if you don’t have time you can let it sit for 10 minutes covered so your chicken can absorb the flavors.

5-      Preheat your oven up to 400F

6-      Grease your baking pan and place your chicken breast in the oven. Let it cook for 30 minutes.

7-      When cooked, spread the mayonnaise on the chicken and place it back into the oven until it reaches the desired color.

You can add any salad to this meal. Also, i did not have flat bread so i used one slice of  Arnold’s sandwich thins multi grain.
