This is the same recipe as the lemon garlic chicken. The only difference is that we are adding a few ingredients. Click here to follow the recipe.
2 tablespoon of coconut oil (feel free to use whatever oil you want)
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 chopped small white onion
½ can of coconut milk
1- Follow the same instructions for the lemon garlic chicken.
2-Heat about 2 tablespoon of the oil of your choice (I used coconut oil) in a skillet. Sautee the tomato paste and onions in the oil. Mix the onions with the tomato paste to get a thick consistency. Add the chicken breast let it simmer for about 5 minutes then add your coconut milk. Let it simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes then turn the heat off and it’s ready to be served!
