Healthy breakfast


2 eggs

6 grape tomatoes or one cubed tomato

1 avocado halved and pitted

A few leaves of kale or spinach

1 teaspoon or tablespoon of diced onions based on preference

Pepper to taste


1-      Cut your avocado in half and take out the seed in the middle.

2-      Break one egg into the hole of each avocado.

3-      Add 3 tomatoes to each avocado then add your pepper, onion and kale or spinach

4-Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes



You can scoop it out and spread it on a piece of toast.
