Caramelized kiwi in Pango rhum

One kiwi

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

2 tablespoon of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of Pango ( Haitian rhum)*

* Pango is a aged dark rhum mixed with mango and pineapple.



1-Heat up a small sauce pan

2-Slice your kiwi and add them to the heated saucepan

3-Add your brown sugar to the kiwi and let it simmer for 5 minutes on high heat.

4- Gradually add your lemon juice and rhum.

5-Let it simmer on medium heat for 7 minutes

6-Turn the heat off and let it cool down for 3 minutes before serving
