1- Give a little introduction of yourself. Do you live on or off campus? Do you live with your parents?
Graduated, but I experienced both the on and off campus lifestyle in my undergraduate career.

2- Tell me about your diet
a. My diet used to be pretty bad, but I’ve been trying to adapt so I can continue being there for the love of my life, basketball. For breakfast I usually go with a bagel with coffee. For lunch I alternate with something like eggs whites, turkey, or peanut butter. For dinner I usually get chicken with various sides. I got into fruit/veggie juicing recently, so that’s become a staple of my diet.

3- What value do you give food?
Very high now. Ball is life. I got to keep weight off my knees.

4- What’s your go to breakfast when you are in a rush?
Thomas’ thin bagels + coffee from the Keurig for the win.

5- What’s your go to lunch when you’re in a rush?
Juicing is quick and filling depending on what you use. That and/or some granola bar / yogurt.

6- What do you usually eat for diner?
Grilled chicken or fish.

7- What does your grocery list consist of?
Dorming times I used to get

  • yogurt
  • granola bars
  • turkey
  • eggs
  • bread
  • cereal
  • milk, and that was about it…now I still get those things, but adding in more greens for vegetable/fruit juices.

8- What is your cooking style?
I pray, wait, and then thank mom.

9- What’s your kitchen staple?
My fork and my knife. Born ready.
