Roast chicken seasoned with the Haitian spice

In the blender: scallions, garlic, tomatoes, onions, green pepper, cloves, black pepper, oil, salt. 
Chicken: vinegar, salt and lemon. Rinse the chicken with water. Pour boil water on the chicken. Drain water then add the spice mix. Roast at 380 degrees for 1 hour.
